María Jose Huertas

Head of Regulatory

María José is a Pharmacist and leads the team in charge of advising and providing support in the areas of Regulatory and Technical Affairs.

She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.

She has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and health sector, having held positions as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Market Access in several multinational companies in the pharmaceutical sector such as Sanofi-Synthelabo, Roche Yamanouchi, Upjohn, Wyeth and Takeda.

She is an expert in Regulatory, Quality and Technical Management, as well as Market Access, with extensive experience in price management and reimbursement of medicines and medical devices, national and regional access to new medicines, participation in committees and commissions for the evaluation of medicines and medical devices, Pharmacoeconomics, and relations with the Public Administration.

María José stands out for her proven technical capacity and knowledge of the Public Health Administration and regulatory processes. Her commitment and closeness to the client allows her to establish relationships of absolute trust, providing simple, creative and avant-garde solutions regardless of the complexity of the projects.
