All the contents of this website are protected by copyright, being original of the firm and its professionals or authorized by their authors.

Any use without the consent of the owner is prohibited. It is also prohibited any use, total or partial reproduction, communication or transformation of the contents of this website including images, trademarks, photographs, graphics, text, designs and any other content contained therein.

This is a corporate website. Browsing it implies that the user undertakes to use the contents of the website in a diligent, correct and lawful manner. 

We are not responsible for any misuse of our website and its contents. We use our best efforts to update our website and apply the necessary security measures.

4.- Applicable Jurisdiction

The relationship established between the User and the owner of the website shall be governed by the provisions of the current legislation on applicable law and jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the regulations allow the parties to voluntarily submit to a jurisdiction, BOADO & VALERO ABOGADOS Y CONSULTORES SLP and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

In any case, the rules of the Spanish legal system shall be applicable.

5.- Privacy policy: what we do with your data

BOADO & VALERO ABOGADOS Y CONSULTORES SLP is a legal services firm and is the Data Controller. We process the data of our clients and contacts in strict compliance with the Law. We are bound by professional secrecy and the duty of confidentiality. 
The legislation obliges us to inform about what we are going to do with the data and to do it in a clear and transparent way.

We comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

We apply the necessary security measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing of personal data, taking into account at all times the state of technology. However, the user must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. We are respectful in any case with the will of our contacts in the treatment of their information.

The user is responsible for the veracity of the information provided, as well as its updating. The user will also be responsible for any damage or loss that may arise as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or not up to date.

1.- Purpose

On this website we have a contact form in which the data provided by users will only be used to answer the corresponding query.

With respect to our customers and contacts, the data will only be used to provide our services and to inform of news and other content related to our specialty that may be of interest to our customers and contacts as provided in Article 21.2 of the LSSI.

2.- Legitimation for the processing of personal data

In the forms, we will always seek consent in accordance with the law and will not use such personal data for any other purpose.

The processing of the data of our customers and suppliers is based on the execution of the contractual relationship that binds us.

3.- Conservation times

The data of the consultations and contacts that we receive through the web we will keep them for a maximum period of six months since we will only use them to give answer to the consultation.

If we receive any CVs we will keep them for a maximum of one year.

If we collect data for the sending of newsletters we will store the data as long as the user does not express his refusal to receive them.

And for our customers and suppliers, we will store the data for as long as the business relationship is maintained and thereafter as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

4.- Addressees

We will not communicate personal data to third parties with the exception of compliance with legal obligations related to our provision of services (administrative, fiscal and tax obligations, judicial, etc.), being therefore recipients the public administrations, courts and official bodies to whom we have to communicate your data in compliance with the aforementioned obligations, as well as financial institutions for the payment of suppliers and collaborators.

We work with third party providers who provide us with hosting services, IT tools or who provide us with consultancy services etc, and we have ensured that they are all compliant with data protection regulations as set out in their service agreements. Some may be in the United States (e.g. Microsoft 365) but we have ensured that they have signed up to the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or are in one of the compliance situations expressly set out in the GDPR. However, Microsoft 365 has its servers in the European Union.

Apart from the above cases, we will not transfer data to third parties under any circumstances.

5.- Users' rights and contact for any question related to their personal data

Users may exercise their right to access, modify or delete their data by emailing info@boadoyvalero.es , as well as exercise their rights of opposition, limitation and portability.

The legislation also obliges us to inform you of your rights as a citizen if we do not comply with the law.
