life Sciences Law & Consulting Firm
Our Firm was founded in 2016 under the brand name "DE LAWYERS Life Sciences Law Firm", subsequently changing its brand name to "BOADO & VALERO Life Sciences Law & Consulting Firm" in 2021 with the aim of reflecting in its name not only its character as a Boutique Firm specialising in Life Sciences, but also its spirit as an Author Firm, in line with the professional and personal commitment of its lawyers in all its clients' matters.
The Firm was created with the aim of offering companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, health and related sectors, individual and personalised legal and compliance advice through a multidisciplinary team of professionals with a solid background and high specialisation in companies operating in the health sector.
Our Firm helps companies to maximise their results within a framework of ethics and compliance, providing personalised, agile, precise and viable legal and compliance solutions, linked at all times to the specific projects and objectives of our clients.
We are united by the project of being able to offer the added value of a reliable, individualised and tailor-made service to our clients, as we have a team with a solid legal background and extensive professional experience as "in house" managers in the past of the Legal Department of multinationals in the Life Sciences sector, which adds a unique and differentiated value proposition compared to other Law Firms operating in this sector.
